Return Policy for Rudraksha and all other products:

 

Yoga & Meditation Supplies Inc. is committed to supply genuine, authentic and high quality Rudraksha beads and all other products manufactured or distributed by us. We put our utmost commitment, devotion, sincerity and enough care in manufacturing “dhyana” brand products and distributing the products of our valued principal suppliers to offer the best products and services to meet highest expectation of our valued customers and clients.

 

Before we ship any product to you as per your order, we seriously scrutinize and evaluate the state of the product like shape, size, texture, defects and so on. We take every minor detail into account to ensure that our products are of premium quality so that we can satisfy needs of our valued customers at highest level.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

We strive to offer full satisfaction to our valued customers when they place order with us for our products and services. We have adopted reasonable order cancellation policy for them as follows:

 

1.   Cancellations will be considered only if the written request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained  over the phone or through e-mail if the orders have been communicated to us and we have initiated the process of shipping your ordered products.

 

2.   We will not cancel orders which are placed with request of same day delivery.

 

3.   No cancellation of orders are entertained for those products which are offered as “Final Sale”, “special Price”, “promotional Price”, “buy one, get one free”, “discounted price” and “sale price.”

 

4.   In case of your complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from our principal suppliers to whom we represent on our website, we are committed to forward your complaint to them to resolve it. Refund Policy:

 

1.   When you purchase any product from us, it is covered with our seven days return policy. If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, pl. contact us and we will issue full refund excluding shipping charges that we have paid to process your order. Pl. be advised that seven days of return policy will come in effect from the date when you receive the product.

 

2.   You are required to return purchased product in its original shape and packaging along with your order number issued to you. You need to let us know the reason for such return, refund or exchange. Your feedback is very important to us to improve our products and quality of service. Please note that refunds are not processed wherein you have not provided proper or sufficient information.

 

3.   To return purchased product, shipping charge will be paid by you and you will use the same courier company that we have used to process your order.

 

4.   Refunds or exchange will be processed within twenty-one days from the date of actual receipt of returned product.

 

5.   In case you feel that the product received is not as per your order or description thereof on our website, you must notify to our customer service department within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will take an appropriate decision and action to resolve your complaint.

 

6.   In case we ship you wrong product by mistake, we will ship right product as per your order free of shipping charge. We will also pay shipping charge to return wrong product to us.

 

7.   Any free gifts given along with the purchased product must have to be returned in case you decide to return the product.

 

8.   Refund or exchange of any product purchased from us will not be entertained if product is not in its original shape being damaged by customer or fabric based product is washed for any reason.

 

9.   If Courier company delivers damaged product with open box or open envelope, please do not accept the delivery and ask shipping company to send back to us. If possible, take digital images of such damaged parcel or products and e-mail to us. In this situation, we will ship same product again. If you accept delivery of damaged shipment or damaged product, we will not assume any responsibility for return, refund or exchange against it.
