Olfactive note and Perfumery Usage:

 

The olfactory character of  Australian Sandalwood oil is powerful and intense, bringing warmth to woody, oriental, chypres or fougere compositions . Woody, sweet, and lactonic characteristics complement the warm and rich, slightly herbal fresh lift on top. It has a real sandalwood character through the whole chord in the top, middle, and base notes, with a tenacious dry - down.

 

Tenacity:

 

Lasts more than one week on a smelling strip.

 

Stability:

 

Stable in a wide range of products including alcoholic solution, creams, antiperspirant, shampoo, soap.

 

Shelf life and storage conditions:

 

A minimum of 5 years when stored out of direct sunlight in a clean, dry warehouse, which is enclosed from the weather. Storage temperatures should range between OC and 40C. After use the drum should be tightly sealed.

Clear, slightly viscous liquid at 20°C

Almost colourless to pale yellow or yellow I brown.
